Quality of skilled labor in Vietnam: some basic limitations

Abstract: There has not been a high level labour force with expected structure and quality in Vietnam. We have not any mechanism for training and rational utilizing to create the motivation for this workforce so that it becomes a leading pillar for economic development to go on the right track competitively and efficiently. The small size and low quality of skilled workers as well as the wastefulness of utilization of this important resources led to a low social labour productivity and weak competitiveness of the economy.
